  • The available property for investment will be listed on the company’s website. 80% of the value of the property is requested for investment as 20% of the value of the property will be financed from own resources.

  • The return on the investment will start as soon as the total amount is collected from the investors and in any case not more than SIX MONTHS from the first posting on the company’s website
  • A deadline for the completion of each investment will be set, no more than 6 additional months from the end of the above first deadline of the initial six months.
  • An inactivity fee of 0.5% per annum will be paid for investment funds.
  • The company has the right to securitize the claims of the investors, i.e., to transfer (assign) them to a special purpose company, which will issue securities that will be given to the investors while at the same time the special purpose company will have acquired the investment property due for sale
  • For any dispute that may arise from this contract, the competent courts of Chania are defined and the applicable law is Greek law and the law of the European Union.
